For millions of years the cannabis plant evolved under the sun and no indoor artificial lighting system can accurately recreate its outdoor growing environment.  In order for the plant to ‍‍‍manifest the many benefits inherent to its complex genetic makeup, it's essential that it be grown under ideal conditions.  Ideal outdoor growing conditions are often spoiled by poor weather so growing in a translucent greenhouse provides better growing conditions, particularly in cold climates.  

But "better" is still far from "ideal"... a significant downside of greenhouse growing is that crowding plants into a hermetic enclosure invites

Ideal growing conditions occur during warm sunny mid-summer days so expert growers have devised a growing technique known as "light-deprivation" that manipulates the plant's normal life-cycle so that it flowers 30 to 60 days earlier.  The downside is that light-dep greenhouses can be very expensive to build, thereby centralizing production ...

The title of the invention is "Mobile light-deprivation greenhouse" is to provide a mobile "accelerated sun-ripening" growing environment.  By configuring it as a wheelbarrow personal-use backyard growers can wheel it about to "follow the sun"

Cannabis Caddy is a simple gardening tool that mechanizes the lessons we've learned over the past 30 years while growing outdoor cannabis.  We had to refine the use of "light-deprivation"Max sun on the flowers  - light dep  - mobile to follow sun  - amplified by reflectors  - pruning intensively
